The June 2014 workshop will be located in Northampton Massachusetts, in the west of the state, and is hosted by the Five Colleges Consortium. The classroom will be in Ford Hall on the Smith College campus.

Hotel Northampton: Within walking distance of Smith College, Hotel Northampton is in the heart of downtown Northampton. A limited number of rooms are available at a discounted group rate. Reservations must be made by May 15th or students will need to pay full price. Students should make their own reservations, and must mention the group name “Digital Preservation Management” to get the discount. The discounted rate for a single or a double is $119 per night plus tax.
Hampton Inn: Only 2.3 miles from Smith College, the Hampton Inn is a short drive across the river in Hadley. Students who make reservations for five or more nights are eligible for a standard five day discount. Discounts are also offered for AAA membership. The five day discounted rate is $112 per night plus tax.
